It is known that cigarette smoke contains thousands of chemicals and at least 60 of them cause cancer.

In addition, the smoke has an ingredient that is addictive and we all know: nicotine.

But today let’s talk about how to help smokers, and that while some quit, others do not and this article is for them.

The evils of smoking are:

Hypertension: To remedy this problem should eat foods rich in potassium such as bananas and raw vegetables. Dry skin: take oily fish and olive oil, soybean or sunflower. Besides carotene foods like carrots, orange, papaya, peach, etc..

Low defenses, must eat a lot (orange, lemon, kiwi) and cook with plenty of garlic, red pepper, parsley and onion. Brittle bones, dairy products like milk and yogurt, fresh vegetables, tea, lean meat and fish.

HypertensionHypertension in the Elderly (have high blood pressure) is a risk factor for health and as you cannot delete; it should be and can be controlled effectively. In general, hypertension does not discomfort until they have been complications, and therefore it is necessary to measure every two years. If it is hypertension, remember that there are some recommendations that should be followed:

The less salt, more health. Foods already contain all the necessary salts and, therefore, no need to add more to cook and put the salt shaker table.

Remove excess weight. At every age and carries a high weight. If you are overweight, do diet.

Exercise. Walking a little each day and even practice some form of exercise appropriate to their age, we will be more agile and will be better.

Moderate consumption of alcohol. A little wine or beer at meals not hurt, but try to minimize the consumption of alcohol.

No smoking. Smoking is very unhealthy, especially if you add other cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension.

Always take the medication. The fact that you are well does not mean you can leave, reducing the dose or change the pattern. Remember to take each day and exactly as the doctor said.

On the other hand, a separate team of researchers has linked and tested through experiments that the poor oral health is also related to atherosclerosis, ensuring that the colonization of bacteria in the mouth causes a negative reaction to “stress proteins” as they are called, since the leukocytes in these cases, often dangerously accumulate in the arteries and cause the medium to long term, the emergence of the disease known as arteriosclerosis.

Healthy Tips and InfoOne of the most popular diets and followed by thousands of people in the world is the Atkins Diet, which is essentially a high intake of animal protein foods and low in carbohydrates, which for many has become the ideal vehicle for longed to make weight.

However, it is important to note that we have determined that those who regularly follow this diet are at risk of similar consequences as those which are snuff consumption.
