Walnuts contain vitamin E, selenium, zinc and magnesium, which have demonstrated its anti carcinogenic. Algae: The are highly recommended. They contain plenty of selenium, a mineral that slows the oxidation of the cells produced by snuff. Have vitamin B12, also deficient in a smoker. Potato: Contains plenty of vitamin C, but do not remove the skin or overcook. Vitamin C prevents clogging of blood vessels and stimulates circulation. Green Tea: Helps prevent heart disease.
But there is more … you know that there are foods that help quit smoking?
For many smokers, quitting smoking can be an ordeal. Today we’ll take a few tips that can help take the plunge.
According to Duke University in North Carolina, which has carried out the research, there are foods that worsen the taste of cigarettes, such as fruits, vegetables or dairy products. Instead, eat plenty of meat, alcohol or coffee produces the opposite effect, as it enhances its flavor, making smoking attractive. The study thus demonstrates that smoking seems to be reinforced by regular consumption of certain foods that enhance their flavor.

The study analyzed the behavior of 209 smokers, who were asked about foods they do worsen or enhance the flavor of snuff. Dairy products (milk or cheese), caffeine-free drinks (water or juice), fruit and vegetables were the foods that repeatedly named as protagonists of worsening the taste of cigarettes.

the results could help create a diet to stop smoking, with small changes in your diet by eating products worsen the taste of cigarettes, such as milk or a glass of cold water, and avoiding that enhance its flavor, beer, smokers may quit more quickly and easily.
Food becomes, after the study, an ally for those who want to quit, not an excuse not to.
