Coriander is considered both an herb and a spice, since its leaves and seeds are used as seasoning.
I still remember its characteristic odor and flavor in soups to eat in Bogota, when I was three years ago in Colombia, this beautiful country. It was a smell that permeated the whole house of games.
Well, entering in the leaves resemble those of Italian parsley and the seeds have a flavor similar to the skin of the lemon.
Also called ground coriander when one of the main ingredients of curry and some Belgian beers.

In summary, the cilantro is an aromatic plant, rich in various vitamins and iron, which has medicinal uses.
